This website is operated by AUKOO (BCLC(HK)CO., LIMITED,). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

3. Products & availability

We try to display our products and their descriptions accurately, but colours, packaging and formulations may vary. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges your order but does not form a contract until we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or stock issues.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by Australian law, and you agree to accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.
